You will eventually get used to the idea of relaxing at a specific time, and that will become second nature to you. It won’t be long until every day at the same time, you decompress and allow the day’s stresses to wash away.
Don’t think that relaxing is a magical cure-all
You aren’t going to be able to press a button and make everything go away. It’s better to be upfront with yourself so that you can do something about these problems now and not carry them on for what feels like forever.
